The project adopts the "Bus + Prefabrication + Operation" model, integrating apartments, commercial spaces, and a bus hub, offering essential public services including healthcare, public transport, parking, and cultural sports facilities.
The project involves various construction types, including traditional civil engineering, steel structures, integrated modules, and building renovations. The challenge was ensuring high-quality construction while maximizing efficiency. The solution was prefabricated construction, balancing speed with green, low-carbon development through an integrated design and construction model.
Using modular prefabricated unit installation, components are manufactured in a factory and assembled on-site. This method replaces traditional on-site pouring, significantly improving efficiency and quality control. The steel frame structure ensures excellent seismic performance, while lightweight steel studs provide soundproofing, fireproofing, and waterproofing.
Compared to traditional methods, modular products manufactured to standardized designs ensure consistency in building compatibility and quality. Rapid assembly guarantees high-quality outcomes while significantly shortening the construction timeline.
BIM Technology Application: The team utilized BIM modeling to understand every construction node. In just 11 days, BIM and CAD were used to layout scaffolds and custom steel molds, saving time and improving accuracy.
Efficient Construction: The construction team operated in a high-intensity mode, completing the modular lifting of 180 units in just one month, finishing far ahead of the planned timeline.
