Yes, we are happy to accept color customization. While our standard colors are white and grey, you can provide a color card number for reference.
What is your payment method?
Our general payment method is TT (wire transfer), with a 30% deposit and the remaining 70% paid before shipment.
Does your product leak water?
No. Due to our professional manufacturing and strict quality control, we have maintained a record of zero water leakage problems in our overseas orders.
Do I need to prepare a foundation?
If the land is stable and will not subside, a formal foundation is generally not required. We provide complete foundation drawings and guidance based on your specific geological conditions.
