| Main Steel Frame: | H Beam |

The main load-carrying frames including columns and rafters. Shapes and sizes vary based on specific load requirements.

Includes purlins, girts, eave struts, and wind bracing. Roof and wall panels are typically 0.3mm to 0.6mm thick with high-yield strength and corrosion-resistant coatings.
CNC cutting and plasma processing ensure precise dimensions for all plates and beams.
B. Fit-up & WeldingAutomatic submerged arc welding and MIG welding are used. Fillet weld sizes are strictly maintained per GB50661-2011 standards.

Steel surfaces are cleaned to Sa2.5 grade. Paint thickness is monitored with WFT readings to ensure long-term durability (typical thickness 125μm-150μm).

| Form of Fillet Weld | Weld Size (K) Value | Application Note |
|---|---|---|
| Without Groove | K=(0.7~1)t and ≤15mm | Standard steel structure buildings |
| Without Groove | K=(0.5~0.6)t | Secondary members and ribs |
| With Groove (CJP/PJP) | K=t/4 and ≤10mm | General structural joints |
| With Groove (CJP/PJP) | K=t/2 and ≤10mm | Important members (crane beams) |
