How much manpower and time does it take to install the container?
2 hours + 4 workers = 1 unit
What tools and equipment are needed for installation?
Crane, hand saw, hand drill, hexagonal screwdriver, rubber hammer, utility knife, hole saw, non-slip gloves, glass glue gun, tape measure, foot ladder, and spirit level.
Can you customize colors and sizes?
Yes, we accept color customization (standard is white). The maximum size can be 4m*8m, equipped with wind-resistant columns.
How are the container houses insulated?
Wall panels are made of 50mm rock wool sandwich panels, upgradeable to 75mm or 100mm for extreme weather conditions. Floor insulation is also available.
Is a foundation required?
If the land is stable, a full foundation may not be necessary. We provide guidance, foundation drawings, and video instructions based on geological conditions.

PET Bottle Making Solutions: Suitable for producing PET plastic containers and bottles in all shapes. Semi-automatic PET bottle blowing machines and moulding equipment available.

For regular sizes, the lead time is generally 7-15 days after receiving the deposit, depending on the quantity.

No. We maintain high professional standards and quality control to ensure all units are completely leak-proof for overseas orders.
3. Can an extra roof be added to the container?
Yes, extra roofs can be added for improved wind resistance, thermal insulation, or aesthetic requirements.
4. What is the typical payment method?
Our standard payment method is TT (wire transfer): 30% deposit and the remaining 70% paid before shipment.
5. How do you guarantee the quality of the materials?
Every step of production is checked by quality inspectors using vernier calipers. We inspect paint surfaces and provide spare materials with each shipment.
6. Is online technical guidance available after purchase?
Yes, we provide online technical guidance as part of our after-sales service, and for large orders (300+ sets), on-site installation guidance can be arranged.
